Based mainly on the Labor Laws of the Chinese Government, and related common practices recognized internationally are referred to, as international labor rights protection is receiving increasing attention and concern in the economic field under economic globalization, we make below Rules & Regulations on Employment. Our suppliers for materials and accessories are also required to honor these Rules & Regulations.
Child Labor Prohibited: All employees admitted must be at least 16 years old and over. Valid I.D. must be presented for verification at application of jobs. Photo-copy of the I.D. must be kept in the factory’s files.
Wages, Working Hours, Over-time pay, and Social Benefits: All employee’s wages must be over the minimum level set by the government. Working hours, over-time pay, and social benefits must be in confirm with the related government laws. All employee must be given the pay slips which clearly list all the pay items, which enables each employee to check and verify, if necessary. Any deductions of wages due to training cost, apprenticeship, etc. are not allowed. All employees must have one day off each week.

Health & Safety: Hygiene and Safety measurements in the workplace must meet the standards set by the government. Lighting and ventilation in the workplace must be guaranteed. Workplace must be installed with enough Fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, which must checked every two weeks to ensure these equipments are workable. Workers must be trained on how to use these fire equipments. During working hours, all exits must be unlocked. Each floor must have at least two exits. Entrance, passage, exit, and stairs must be clear of obstacles. All electric lines, power switches must be covered, and clearly indicated with marks. Each floor must be with drinking water supplies.
Forced Labor Prohibited: We absolutely do not accept any goods (including materials and accessories from our suppliers) produced by workers forced to work, or by prisoners. We reject any kind of production performed under psychological or physical pressure.
Respecting the Laws: International laws and Domestic laws related to the trade covered by our company’s business scope must be respected in all our activities.
Safe Work Environment: We regard it as a responsibility to provide a clean and safe working environment. All our suppliers are required to do the same. We, as well as our suppliers, must do our best to avoid producing any kind of products that contains or releases substance or gases harmful to the ozonosphere.. We, as well as our suppliers, must do our best to make sure that the packaging materials used are up to the standards required by the domestic and international laws, and that the packaging materials do not contains heavy metals, such as lead, hydrargyrum, cadmium, and other harmful and poisonous substances.
Equality: Freedom of speech must be respected; we absolutely restrict torture, disgrace, revenge, and any other activities that abuse human rights in our company. Discrimination regarding nationalities, gender, and religious belief is strictly prohibited.
